L5K, LLC is a venture of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group, CIM Group, Bundy Development Corporation and The Neighborhood Development Company. The venture was created in 2004 to provide the development leadership and private capital necessary to create a unique mixed-use destination located at 5th and K Streets, NW, in Washington, DC.

Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group - Lead Developer
Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group is the lead developer for the CityVista project. Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group is an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprises, a leading national real estate development, investment and management firm. Over the past 32 years, it has developed, acquired or managed more than $7 billion of real estate assets nationwide. The firm currently is developing more than 4.7 million square feet of commercial projects nationwide. Through its investment management affiliate, the firm manages in excess of $1.9 billion in real estate assets on behalf of institutional clients. In addition to its Los Angeles headquarters, Lowe Enterprises maintains offices in Denver, Irvine, Phoenix, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Washington, DC.

CIM Group - Lead Institutional Equity Investor
CIM Group's Bethesda, MD-based East Coast office collaborated closely with Lowe Enterprises on CityVista and is providing funding through its $676 million CIM Urban Real Estate Fund. The Fund, formed in 2001 with investments from the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) and the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS), invests in urban infill projects. Each CIM investment is evaluated based on proven land use and design principles of successful urban districts, and focuses on the unique strengths of the location and the needs of the community. Lee and Associates, Inc. ("LAI") is the landscape architect and urban planning advisor for the CityVista project. LAI is an award-winning, Washington DC-based firm specializing in landscape architecture, urban design, planning, and cultural resources. Founded in 1987 by Principal Jeff S. Lee, ASLA, the firm's vast practice includes streetscape design, master planning, transit oriented development, park design, public art, site security, historic preservation, and developer-driven projects.
